Refund Policy
The £250 waiting list deposit is non-refundable. This fee secures your position on our list and covers the administrative costs associated with managing our breeding program and client communications. By paying this deposit, you acknowledge that it will not be returned under any circumstances, including if you change your mind or choose a puppy from another breeder.
Priority Order
Priority for selecting puppies from upcoming litters is determined strictly by the date and time your deposit is received. When a litter is born and health checks are completed, families will be contacted in order of their placement on the list to confirm their preference. We reserve the right to retain puppies for our own breeding program prior to offering selections to the waiting list.
List Maintenance
To ensure our waiting list remains accurate and active, we may occasionally reach out to confirm your continued interest. It is the responsibility of the applicant to keep their contact information updated. If we are unable to reach you after three attempts using the provided contact details, your name may be moved to a dormant status or removed from the list to allow others to advance.
